Our bodies and physical health are often neglected and ignored.

It is much easier to binge-watch a streaming channel on the couch than go to a gym and workout. We get into patterns that justify our lack of devotion to our health and fitness. We go from our bed to our car to sitting at a desk to a couch and back to bed again. We tell ourselves we are “too busy” to eat healthy food or exercise. I want to help you change these patterns so you will be healthier and feel better.

You have to stop telling yourself that you “do not have time to get healthy” immediately. There is always time to eat properly and exercise even without a gym or equipment. In terms of eating, eat foods that are NOT processed. Fresh fruits and vegetables and lean protein are what you should be eating. And please drink water.. lots of water to keep you hydrated. The useless sugar in sodas and energy drinks provide you with spikes of energy which leads to a glucose crash later. Carbs and fats ARE good for you IF consumed in moderation. Stick to whole grains and healthy fats from sources like avocados and fish while avoiding saturated fats.
